About AOSFST 2021

The 12th Asia-Oceania Symposium on Fire Science and Technology (AOSFST) will be hosted by UQ Fire, the Fire Safety Engineering Research Group, at the University of Queensland. The conference is organised in collaboration with XXX.

The main focus of the AOSFST series of conferences is to provide an opportunity for researchers, practitioners and engineers to share and discuss their research related to fire safety science and engineering in the Asia-Oceania and around the world. Research and engineering outcomes presented at AOSFST should include fundamental work that progresses the understanding and application of fire safety engineering and science.

Being the key conference in the Asia-Oceania region, AOSFST is a venue for networking and where the latest research is presented. In addition to the plenary and parallel sessions of the conference, AOSFST 2021 will provide an opportunity for further discussions both formally following presentations and informally through the planned receptions, meals and other breaks.

Brisbane is the fastest growing capital city in Australia. It is a vibrant and inspiring city which has a calendar packed full of cultural events. We are delighted to welcome you to AOSFST 2021 to experience this city with us.
